Ice diving course
In February 2022, 2 officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in the ice diving course within the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”. The project has been financed with Norwegian Financial Mechanism`s means and a state budget within the programme „Internal Affairs”. The programme is under supervision of Interior and Administration Ministry.
The course included theoretical and practical training in the open waters. The aim of the course was to acquire knowledge and skills that will allow proper and safe conduct of ice diving. The training was carried out by Diving Training and Technique Center AKWANAUTA Szymon Denis from Toruń.
