"Specialized training as an oportunity
to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies
in the fight against organised crime"
under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021The project is financed with the Norway Grants 2014 - 2021 within Programme "Internal Affairs". The programme is under supervision of Interior and Administration Ministry.
- Basic information The Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz received funds for implementation of the project entitled „Specialized training as an oportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime” under the Norway grants 2014-2021.
- Training for police officers and service dog guides On October 3-5 and 10-12, 2023, at the recreation facility located in the town of Kamień Krajeński on Lake Mochel, training for police officers and service dog guides of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Police garrison was carried out as part of the project entitled "Specialized training as an opportunity to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in combating organized crime." The training was financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the state budget under the "Internal Affairs" Program. The program is at the disposal of the Minister of Interior and Administration.
- Parachute training On 21-22 and 24 June 2023, a group of fifteen officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in basic parachute training using the rope method as part of the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
- New parachutes for SPKP Three parachute sets were delivered to the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz. The equipment was purchased as part of the project entitled “Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
- Diving with the support of a two-cylinder set On 22 September 2022, 8 officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in training course in diving with the operation of the Twinset two-cylider set within the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
- Climbing training On 03-09 July 2022 and 10-16 July 2022, two groups of five officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in the altitude training with the use of rope techniques in Szczawnica as part of the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.

- Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime On 17-18 of May 2022, 5 officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in specialist diving training courses within the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
- Two devices for reading data about BTS stations went to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz. Within the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime” new equipment was purchased. - Ice diving course In February 2022, 2 officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in the ice diving course within the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”. The project has been financed with Norwegian Financial Mechanism`s means and a state budget within the programme „Internal Affairs”. The programme is under supervision of Interior and Administration Ministry.
