Parachute training
On 21-22 and 24 June 2023, a group of fifteen officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz participated in basic parachute training using the rope method as part of the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
The project has been financed with Norwegian Financial Mechanism`s means and a state budget within the programme „Internal Affairs”. The programme is under supervision of Interior and Administration Ministry.
The main objective of the course was to acquire knowledge and skills allowing for proper separation from the aircraft, assimilation of the necessary skills for moving in the airspace, parachute maneuvering and landing.
