"Specialized training as an oportunity
to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies
in the fight against organised crime"
under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021The project is financed with the Norway Grants 2014 - 2021 within Programme "Internal Affairs". The programme is under supervision of Interior and Administration Ministry.
- Training in dealing with the disclosure of narcotic, psychotropic or explosive substances In 2021, training was carried out in the field of proceedings in the cases of disclosure of narcotic, psychotropic or explosive substances for 139 officers of the criminal division of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz, local police units of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Prevention Department of the Police in Bydgoszcz.
- Training in network monitoring On November 29 - December 1, 2021, 6 officers from the Operational Technique Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz participated in the network monitoring training within the project „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
- Equipment and materials for testing the content of digital data carriers As part of Module 5 of the project entitled „Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime” equipment and materials for testing the content of digital data carriers were purchased for the Forensic Laboratory of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz. The computer lab has been equipped with: microscopes, cameras, UFS/eMMC/eMCP NuProg-E programmers, monitor, soldering stations, adapters and other service equipment for data reading.
- BASIC DIVING TRAINING Basic diving training under the project entitled „Specialized training as an oportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime” .
- A spectrometer is already in the possession of the Criminal Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz Within the project „Specialized training as an oportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime” has been purchased. - Vests, goggles, retractors and tactical gloves for SPKP In December 2022, the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz purchased: inflatable lifejackets (7 pieces), goggles (15 pieces), retractors – lanyards for handguns (22 pieces) and tactical gloves (22 pieces) for participants of parachute and water rescue training within the project “Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organised crime”.
- Drug training for officers of the Police Prevention Department. In 2022, training was carried out in the field of proceedings in the cases of disclosure of narcotic and psychotropic substances for 100 officers of the Prevention Department of the Police in Bydgoszcz. The training were held in four groups as a part of project called ”Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organized crime” which were financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the state budget as a part of the “Internal Affairs” Program. The program remains at the disposal of the Minister of the Interior and Administration.
- Drug training for the criminal division In 2022, training was carried out in the field of proceedings in the cases of disclosure of narcotic, psychotropic or explosive substances for 167 officers of the criminal division of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz and local police units of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Three-days training sessions were held in four groups as a part of project called ”Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organized crime” which were financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the state budget as a part of the “Internal Affairs” Program. The program remains at the disposal of the Minister of the Interior and Administration.
- The explosives training In October and November 2022, training courses on the characteristics and properties of explosives were carried out for 153 officers of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Police units as a part of project called ”Specialized training as an opportunity to increase effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the fight against organized crime”.
- Training in the methods of recovering data from mobile devices In 2022, training on methods of recovering data from mobile devices and their analysis was carried out for 10 officers/employees of the Forensic Laboratory of the Provincial Police Headquartes in Bydgoszcz.
